Included in your event package are tables, chairs and assistance in setting up the room you select in a way that best meets your event needs. To make your event special, the following equipment is available for an additional fee:
- Podiums
- Wireless microphones (for use in the William Lyon Homes Ballroom only)
- Projector carts with DVD/VCR/Laptops
- Portable white board
