The 6th Annual "Celebrating Family and Friends" New Year's Event provided by the City of Rancho Santa Margarita is scheduled on a special night - Saturday, December 30, 2006, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.  The community-wide event located in Civic Plaza, 22232 El Paseo is an alcohol-free pre- New Year’s celebration featuring roving entertainers, live music, interactive art activities, inflatable rides, games and food booths.
